How to format your homework

Your homework must be formated as MS Word documents or text files in the case of code. Other formats will marked down a minimum of 25%. A standard naming convension is required to allow me to distinguish between homeworks and authors. The names of the files will take the following format

<studentLastName>-<assignmentName><assignmentNumber>.doc

So if I turned in the first homework it would be named: povinelli-homework1.doc.

Submitting your homework

• Before class turn in an electronic version as follows:
  • Make sure you check your file(s) for viruses.
  • Follow the student instructions for turnitin. Our classid is 1111971.
  • Upload the write-up portion of the assignment in MS Word format to the write-up folder for that assignment.

How to format your citations and references

The citations in your assignments will follow the IEEE style.
