Description

You are to act as a technical reviewer/editor for a proposal. Correct any grammar, spelling, or other stylistic errors. Also, suggest corrections for any larger structural problems with the proposal. For example if an idea is not clearly presented or the proposal could flow more smoothly with a different logical flow, suggest to the author how these problem might be corrected.

Write a one paragraph (75-125 word) critique of the proposal. Suggest what might be improved, what literature the author should look at, and any other pertinent suggestions. You should critique the review on the following levels with greater emphasis given to the last two items.

Concrete, actionable comments and criticisms are best. Don't make personally or derogatory comments about the author or proposal. If the proposal is excellent, say so and make comments to improve it even further. If the proposal is poor, say so and provide concrete suggestions to improve it.
